Sai Ram pins hopes on Romeo
Puri Jagannadh's brother Sai Ram Shankar is in need of a hit and he hopes to change his fate with his forthcoming rom-com Romeo.
'Sunil Kashyap gave soothing melodies for Romeo. The lyrics too were fantastic and meaningful. I don't have to specially talk about Bhaskarbhatla and Vishwa as everybody knows their success story. Despite my hard work I couldn't get a hit after Bumper Offer. I hope to change that with Romeo,' said Sai Ram Shankar.
Also featuring Adonica Rodrics as the leading lady, Romeo is slated for October 10 release. Puri Jagannadh's prot'g' Gopi Ganesh is turning director with this film.
Set in the backdrop of Europe, the film will see Ravi Teja in a special role as Sai Ram Shankar's brother. Naga Babu, Ali and Jayasudha are playing pivotal roles in this film which has story by Puri Jagannadh. Noted director Madhura Sreedhar Reddy has acquired the theatrical rights of the film that is produced by Touchstone Doraiswamy.
