Anjali facing an imminent ban
Anjali, who carved a niche for portraying girl next door roles, has become the controversies favorite child these days. It seems the actress is still being haunted by a past issue with director Kalanjiyam.
The actress, who is rearing to make a comeback into Tamil film industry, is being served with notices by Director's Association for allegedly stalling Oor Suttri Puranam film directed by Kalanjiyam.
Reportedly, Kalanjiyam has lodged a complaint on the actress in the director's guild accusing her of stalling his film.
Although the incident happened a few months ago, the director is demanding the association to extend non-cooperation from Kollywood if she fails to complete her part of the film.
Following this, the association has asked Anjali's manager to attend a meeting with them to sort out the issue. On the other hand, Kalanjiyam is making attempts to take up the issue to the Producer's Council who has the authority to ban the actress.
Looks like everything is not going in favor of the actress and hope she comes out of this issue soon.
