NTR Jr in Missamma remake
Multi-starrer fever is gripping Tollywood these days. Ever since Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Tollywood film-makers have been keen on cashing in on the trend. The latest from the rumour mills has it that producer Dil Raju is planning to rope in Naga Chaitanya and NTR Jr in a new movie.
Incidentally, Dil Raju is also the producer of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and has made films with Chaitanya and NTR in the past.
Sources say the producer has asked director Vamsi Paidipally to prepare a story that will complement the image of both the stars. It was widely speculated that the film would be a remake of yesteryear classic Missamma.
A few days ago it was announced that Vamsi Paidipally would direct a film with NTR Jr and Nagarjuna in the lead roles, but the project was subsequently shelved due to reasons best known to the makers. And now with Dil Raju getting on board, Telugu audiences can gear up to watch yet another big-ticket multi-starrer.
