Two more arrested in Eamcet-2 case
Hyderabad, Aug 12 (INN): The Crime Investigation Department of Telangana Police on Friday arrested two more alleged brokers in the TS EAMCET-II-2016 (medical) entrance examination question paper leakage case.
The arrested accused persons are Mayank, 30, of Kolkata (West Bengal) and Garimella Veerender Rao, 40, of Bachupally, Miyapur, Rangareddy District.
According to CID, Mayank, through his contacts secured 8 students and they were given practice with the 2 sets of leaked TS EAMCET-II-2016 (Medical) entrance exam question papers in the camp conducted at Mumbai by him along with others.
Similarly, Veerender Rao allegedly secured 2 candidates and sent them to Bangalore camp through another broker. The students were given practice with the 2 sets of leaked TS EAMCET-II-2016 (Medical) entrance exam question papers in the camp conducted at Bangalore.
