Man and Woman held for Killing Three year old Girl

Hyderabad, Oct 29 (INN) Kulsumpura police arrested a man along with his cousin sister for brutally killing a three year old girl.

According to Kulsumpura police the accused Sumaiya Begum, Resident of Sabzimandi, Jiyaguda, is a married woman but separated from her husband. She has a daughter from her first husband. In the month of July-2014 she married one Mohd.Nayeem Resident of Sabzimandi, Jiyaguda. After marriage, both Sumaiya and Nayeem started quarrelling for financial issues. Vexed with the attitude of Sumaiya, Nayeem decided to eliminate her so that, he can live peacefully. He along with his cousin Shahjahan Begum @ Sofia @ Shajju hatched a plan and one day he hatched a plan to kill Sumaiya by hitting her with a hammer, but the plan could not be executed as Baby Zainab has noticed them.

On that Nayeem and Shahjahan Begum has changed their plan and decided to eliminate the three year old baby Zainab first so that, they can execute Sumaiya without any obstacles.

On Sept 19, 2014 in the night hours Nayeem went to his cousin brother Amanullah Khan's house at Tanarka and took his Maruti car on the pretext of having some urgent work and brought the car to his house and kept an empty cement bag in the car. On the next day at about 0600 hours the Nayeem along with Shahjahan Begum together with the girl Baby Zainab Begum (deceased) left the house in the above said car by informing the complainant Sumaya Begum that they are taking her daughter to Warangal to join her in a hostel for studies purpose, on the way accused Nayeem drove the car towards Valigonda of Nalgonda District after passing Bibinagar and reached near the Lothukunta Tank near Valigonda as the area is an isolated place took the Baby Zainab Begum, (deceased) into his lap and strangulated her with the rope while the Shahjahan resisted her movements by holding her legs, when the girl became unconscious the Nayeem picked up a stone and hit the baby on her forehead for two times and after confirming her death. The Accused persons her body kept in the cement bag available in the car, tied her legs with the rope and dumped the body in the Lothukunta Tank.

After that they returned reached their houses, as usual they informed the complainant Sumaya Begum that he joined her daughter baby Zainab Begum in the hostel. After that the Nayeem stayed in the house at Sabzimandi, Jiyaguda for four days and out of fear from police that he may be arrested, he left the house on September 25, 2014 without intimation and moving here and there and taking shelter on the footpaths during night time near Seven-Tombs, Golconda.

The case is investigated by R. Karan Kumar Singh, Inspector Kulsumpura under the supervision of K. Rambhoopal Rao, ACP Goshamahal Division of West Zone, Hyderabad.
