ANU Malpractice Rocket Busted
Hyderabad, May 30: On 29-5-2015, on credible information the sleuths of Commissioner's Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad with the assistance of Police Narayanaguda P.S. apprehended four respondents namely 1) Raparti Suresh, correspondent Chaitanya Academy, Himayathnagar, 2) Challa Ajay Kumar, Co-coordinator, S.V.College, Ramanthapur, 3). Gudi Swarnalatha, Principal in R.K. College, Chikkadpally and 4) Malluri Kiran Kumar, Chaitanya Academy supervisor and seized original answer sheets, question papers, booklets etc. at their instance.
Details of the accused Persons apprehended :-
1. Raparti Suresh, S/o R. Buchaiah, aged: 32 yrs, occ: Correspondent, Chaitanya Academy, Himayathnagar, Hyd., R/o Bapunagar, Chikkadpally, Hyd.,
2. Challa Ajay Kumar, S/o Challa Arjun Rao, aged 40 yrs, occ: Coordinator in S.V. College, Ramanthapur, Hyd., R/o Akkalavari Street, Chinnaravuru, Tenali, Guntur Dt., A.P.,
3. Gudi Swarnalatha, W/o G. Srinivas, aged 40 yrs, occ: Principal in R.K. College, Chikkadpally, Hyd., R/o S.R.K Nagar, Golconda X Roads, Musheerabad, Hyd and
4. Malluri Kiran Kumar, S/o M. Srinivas, aged 27 yrs, occ: Supervisor in Chaitanya Academy r/o Chilka Nagar, Uppal, RR dist.
5. K. Saptagiri S/o. K. Siddartha, aged: 28 yrs, occ: pvt employee R/o.Phanigiri colony, Kothapet, Hyd.
6. Sri.G. Yellesha S/o. G. Laaxmaiah, aged: 31 yrs, occ: business R/o. Bhongiri, Nalgonda,
7. Sri.S. Naresh S/o. S.Vasanth Rao, aged: 32 yrs, occ: Pvt employee R/o.Kothapet, Hyd.
8. Radha Kishan Reddy, Correspondent, S.V.Junior & Degree College, Ramanthapur, Hyd.( Absconding).
9. Management of Siddartha Academy, Dilsukhnagar (Absconding)
Seized Property :-
1. Original answer sheets data mining and techniques M.Sc, 2nd year I.T. distance education,
2. Question papers of MSc data mining and techniques M.Sc, 2nd year I.T. distance education,
3. Booklets.
The brief facts of the case are that on 29-5-2015, as per schedule there was an MSc Data Mining and Techniques, 2nd year I.T. distance education exam at various Education Institutes at Hyderabad & R.R. dist. The accused Raparti Suresh, Chaitanya Academy, Himayathnagar colluded with the managements of 1) S.V. College, Ramanthapur, 2) R.K. College, Chikkadpally, 3) Management of Siddartha and collected huge amounts from the needy distance education students with an assurance to got write their examinations on behalf of needy genuine candidates.
Allowed the engaged students to write the above said MSc Data Mining and Techniques, 2nd year I.T. distance education exam on 29-5-2015 at Chaitanya Academy, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad. During interrogation, it came to know that the supervisor, Malluri Kiran Kumar, Chaitanya Academy used to collect the question papers from the above said various examination centers and after got completion of writing the examinations with the engaged students, he returned the Answer sheets to the concerned for the purpose of promotions to the needy candidates in pvt firms. Efforts are afoot to apprehend the absconding accused person.
The apprehended accused persons and seized material handed over to S.H.O. Narayanaguda P.S. for further investigation.
The arrests have been made under the supervision of Sri. N. Koti Reddy, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner's Task Force, Hyd-city by Sri. Thakur Sukhdev Singh, Inspector of Police, South Zone Task Force, Sri. K. Srinivas, I/C. Narayanaguda P.S., SIs S/Sri. Ghouse Khan, G. Mallesh, K. Venkatshwarlu & D. Venkateshwarlu of South Zone Task Force with the assistance of staff.
