Amaravati: Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati on Tuesday to discuss the development of the film industry in the state. The meeting was focused on exploring ways to promote Andhra Pradesh as a hub for film production and shooting.
According to sources, Sanjay Dutt expressed his interest in investing in the state's film industry and developing infrastructure for film production. The Chief Minister briefed him on the government's plans to make Andhra Pradesh a preferred destination for film shooting.
"The government is keen on developing film studios and other infrastructure to support the growth of the film industry in the state," said CM Naidu. "We are looking at creating large-scale employment opportunities in the entertainment sector."
The meeting also discussed the potential for Andhra Pradesh to become a major center for film production, leveraging its diverse locations and scenic beauty. CM Naidu invited Sanjay Dutt to invest in the state's film industry and contribute to its growth.
Sanjay Dutt, known for his iconic roles in Bollywood, was accompanied by officials from the film industry during the meeting. The Chief Minister assured him of all necessary support from the government to promote film production in Andhra Pradesh.
