CLP seeks BAC meeting minutes
Hyderabad, Oct 3 (INN): The Telangana Congress Legislature Party on Monday sought the minutes of the agenda discussed in the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting held on August 30 during the Assembly session.
Opposition leader in Legislative Council Mohammed Ali Shabbir on Monday wrote to the Assembly Secretary S. Rajasadaram saying that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on August 30 had promised to conduct Assembly Session after Ganesh idol immersion fete. However, he failed to keep his word. The Congress leader demanded the Assembly Secretary to provide him the minutes of the BAC meet.
Shabbir Ali said that after getting the minutes of the BAC meetings of both Council and Assembly, the CLP would write to the Assembly Speaker and Chairman issuing notice for privilege motion against the Chief Minister.
