High power committee is for four districts Hyderabad, Oct 6 (INN): Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas on Thursday said that the high power committee constituted by the state government was only to look into the demand of four districts.
Speaking to reporters, Srinivas Reddy said that that the committee would not deal with other districts that have already been announced.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Tuesday had constituted the high power committee headed by MP Keshava Rao to look into the demand for four districts Siricilla (in Karimnagar), Janagaon (in Warangal), Gadwal (Mahbubnagar) and Asifabad (in Adilabad). The committee is to submit its report to the government on October 7.
