Ponguleti slams Revanth for his remarks
Hyderabad, Oct 8 (INN): Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has strongly condemned Telangana TDP Working President A. Revanth Reddy for criticizing Congress leaders who made representations with High Power Committee headed by Rajya Sabha MP K. Keshava Rao on formation of new districts.
Addressing a press conference at Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday, Ponguleti said that the TDP MLA should restrain himself from criticizing the Congress party. He alleged that Revanth himself was working as an agent of AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and was the prime accused in Cash for Vote scam. He also accused him of extorting money from contractors.
Ponguleti said Revanth Reddy should convince Chandrababu Naidu to return seven mandals of Khammam which were taken away by Andhra Pradesh Government for Polavaram project. He said that the Congress party would not tolerate any criticism from TDP leaders.
