Ponguleti demands resignation of AP, TS Ministers Hyderabad, Oct 20 (INN): Deputy CLP leader Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy termed the Brijesh Tribunal verdict on Krishna Water as shocking to the two Telugu states.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Ponguleti demanded the Telangana government to convene an all party meeting to decide the future course of action on the contentious issue. He questioned Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao as to why the state failed to put across strong argument before the Tribunal. He said that KCR failed to protect the interests of the state. He demanded immediate resignation of three Union Ministers hailing from AP and TS from the Union Cabinet.
Ponguleti asked KCR to respond to the Tribunal, keeping the interests of the state in view and assured of all support from the Congress on the issue.
