MLA Krishnaiah questioned in Nayeem case
Hyderabad, Nov 2 (INN): LB Nagar MLA and Backward Classes Welfare Association leader R Krishnaiah on Wednesday was questioned by the Narsingi police in connection with his links the slain gangster Nayeem.
The police had served a noticed to the MLA in this regard recently and summoned him for questioning.
Speaking to the media after an hour's grilling by the police, the MLA stated that he had no connection with the slain gangster.
Last month the TD MLA had claimed that he had met Nayeem on many occasion and spoke to him. But the TD MLA claimed that he had no financial dealing with Nayeem who was killed in an encounter with police in Shadnagar in August.
