NIMS gets new lab Hyderabad, Nov 9 (INN): Medical & Health Minister C. Lakshma Reddy said that the government is upgrading health services at the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS).
The minister on Wednesday inaugurated a medical lab at the hospital.
Speaking to the media after inspecting medical services the minister said that the equipment at the lab were procured at the cost of Rs 1.6 crore and assured to upgrade other services at the hospital that is flocked by patients from across the state.
In view of Centre banning currency note of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 denominations, the minister appealed the state run and private hospitals to accept the currency notes of the same so as to not put public to inconvenience.
