Truck rams into autos leaving six dead
Vijayawada, Nov 10 (INN): Six people were killed and 10 others were injured when a truck rammed into two auto-rickshaws in Tukkuluru village in Krishna district on Thursday.
The truck hit the two vehicles which were parked on the road side. The injured were rushed to a hospital in Nuzividu town. Driver of the truck is at large after the accident, the police informed. A case has been registered.
Krishna district Collector A. Babu announced an ex-gratia amount of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of those killed in the accident.
