CPM for alliance to oust TRS Medak, Nov 22 (INN): CPM secretary Tammineni Veerabhadram said that the TRS government failed to fulfill promises made to different sections of society during the elections.
Speaking at a public meeting at Jogipet in Andole mandal as part of CPM's Mahajanapadayatra, Veerabhadram said that the people will teach a befitting lesson to KCR for making promises which he did not fulfill even after completing half of his term as the CM.
The CPM leader said that the political parties in the state should come together to defeat the TRS government in the interests of the state. He said that the CPM would enter into alliance with like the minded parties and said that forming an anti-TRS alliance would be done carefully to ensure that the anti-people government is defeated at any cost.
Veerabhadram said that the state would prosper when the government aims to empower the SC,ST, BC and minorities who altogether form a majority of the state's population. He said that the students and the farmers are the worst hit due to the government's indifferent attitude towards them. He said that the promise of free KG to PG education is yet to see the light of the day.
Taking a dig at Municipal Administration minister K. Tarakarama Rao, the CPM leader said that the minister is busying on his foreign tours and said that there is hardly any time left to the minister to work. He also said that KTR had no experience about industrial development but was made the industries minister.
