Sack Jagdish Reddy from Cabinet: Congress Hyderabad, Nov 22 (INN): Telangana Congress on Tuesday demanded Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao to immediately sack Minister for Power Jagdish Reddy alleging that he was involved in corrupt practices.
It may be recalled that a video of a person, who is reportedly to be a supporter of the minister surfaced in which the person was seen abusing two other persons. The TRS however, denied that the person in the video was not a TRS leader.
Speaking reporters at Gandhi Bhavan,Congress leaders Addanki Dayakar, B. Naik and Sudhakar Goud alleged that Jagdish Reddy was involved in fees reimbursement scam. They said Jagdish Reddy's supporter Santosh has collected huge money from unemployed youth in the name of providing jobs. They said that the TRS government was encouraging corrupt practices from the beginning and alleged that state government failed to act against those persons associated with slain gangster Nayeem. They urged the Chief Minister to sack Jagdish Reddy from the Cabinet and warned of organizing protests if the minister is not removed immediately.
