KCR rendered farmers helpless: Revanth Hyderabad, Nov 27 (INN): Telangana TD working president Revanth Reddy on Sunday said that the anti-farmers policies of the state government have rendered farmers helpless.
Speaking at the party general body meeting at NTR Trust Bhavan, Revanth Reddy said that KCR claims to be pro-farmers CM but neglected the farmers by not waiving off their farm loans even after two years of coming to power. He said that most of the TRS promises like double bedroom scheme, three acre land to Dalits, fee reimbursement still remain on paper. He took a dig at KCR saying that at a time when the state was reeling under severe problems, the CM chose to construct for himself a swanky residence spending crores of rupees.
He said that TD would strive to get justice to the poor and down trodden and would exhort pressure on the state government to fulfill every promise of the TRS made during Assembly elections.
