TS govt failed to fulfill promises, says TDP Hyderabad, Dec 2 (INN): Telugu Desam Party secretary Revuri Prakash Reddy came down heavily on the TRS government accusing it of not fulfilling any of the major poll promises it made during elections.
Speaking to media persons here, Revuri said that KCR had promised to provide free KG to PG education and a government job to each household. He said that neither of the two promises was fulfilled till now and they still remain on paper, he added. He demanded the government to release white paper on job provision in the state.
The TDP leader said that during polls, the TRS chief promised to provide one lakh jobs but failed after coming to power. He said that lakhs of students are under stress due to non-payment of fee reimbursement. Warning that the TDP would intensify the protest in the coming days if the government fails to fulfill its poll promises, Revuri said that the party would organize a public meeting on December 9 at Warangal.
