Is Sampath Kumar joining TRS?
Hyderabad, Dec 16 (INN): There were some lighter moments in the State Legislative Assembly on Friday when TRS legislator Guvvala Balaraju placed TRS party's pink khandwa on Congress MLA A. Sampath Kumar's neck.
While the Question Hour was going on Sampath Kumar walked up to the treasury benches apparently to have some discussion with Balaraju and other TRS MLAs. While sharing some lighter moments, Balaraju removed Congress party's khandwa from Sampath Kumar's shoulder and replaced it with his party's khandwa. Although Sampath Kumar removed the TRS khandwa immediately, he returned to his seat with a big smile on his face.
When media persons sought his reaction after the end of day's session Sampath Kumar said he had no plans to join the TRS and what Balaraju did in the House was purely a joke.
Sampath Kumar (Alampur) and Balaraju (Achampet) are legislators from Mahabubnagar district and are said to be good friends despite being members of different political parties
