Lambasinghi freezes as Visakha agency shivers
Visakhapatnam: The temperature dipped to 7 degrees Celsius in the agency area of the Visakhapatnam district in the last few days making the people confine themselves to their homes at 4 in the evening.
The weather office said due to cyclones and heavy rains, the agency is likely to record low temperatures this year. They said Lambasingi village which records minus temperature is likely to experience colder climate this year.
The tourists who visit the place known as North Coastal Andhra Kashmir, to experience cold weather have already started arriving. The traffic between the plains and the agency area was affected due to the cold weather. The whole area is enveloped in fog from 4 pm to 10 am in the morning.
