Mercury to drop further over next week Hyderabad: The meteorology department has informed that the minimum temperature could go down further in the city in the wake of the deep depression in south-west Bay of Bengal.
The city recorded the lowest temperature of the season on Tuesday with a minimum of 14 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature for Wednesday is likely to be around 15 degrees Celsius.
The deep depression is expected to result in rain either on November 15 night or morning of November 16 in several coastal districts.
While the rainfall may not reduce temperatures in coastal and Rayalaseema districts, it would show an impact in the city, said assistant meteorologist M Narasimha Rao.
He further said that this season's lowest temperature of 13 degrees Celsius has been recorded in Adilabad district of Telangana on Tuesday.
