HYDERABAD: Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu is understood to be contemplating representing to President Pranab Mukherjee to seek the opinion of the Supreme Court under Article 143 on bifurcation of the state.
He is also planning to seek the intervention of the President to ensure that the Centre follows the rules in force while dealing with Article 371-D and while obtaining the opinion of the state assembly on Telangana bill.
