Diggy offers tickets to TJAC leaders
Hyderabad: The Congress general secretary incharge of AP, Digvijay Singh, on Friday praised the role played by Telangana Political Joint Action Committee (TJAC) in the struggle for statehood to Telangana, and even offered Congress party tickets to its leaders in the next elections.
He made the offer when the TJAC leaders called on him at Lake View Guest House and urged him to ensure that the smooth passage of T Bill. He was all praise for their spearheading the movement and observed that it was time they entered the political scene and served the people.
His unexpected offer left them speechless for a while, and soon they replied that it was not right time to talk about their political career.
