Ashok Babu cautions against conspiracy Hyderabad: Blaming the 'separatists' for cracks that appeared within the APNGOs, its president P Ashok Babu claimed that it was part of the game plan by politicians to derail the Seemandhra movement.
Speaking to media persons at APNGOs Bhavan on Sunday, the Assocation president held that his organisation became prey to political ploy of a party aiming to weaken its movement.
He felt that some leaders, who were feeling insecure, owing to conviction of the organisation, resorted to such tactics. Describing this
as a `political attack', he said that some retired employees were being used against the leadership of the organisation.
However, he reassured that the current leadership would stand any kind of attack. 'If this leadership fails, then it would be a win for the separatists,' said Ashok Babu.
Responding to questions, he said that APNGOs under the banner of Samaikhya Rastra Parirakshana Vedika (SRPV) would be preparing for 'Chalo Assembly' within a week.
However, he could not clarify if the leadership was prepared for 'Chalo Assembly' immediately if the bifurcation bill was put to discussion in coming days. According to him, there were several technical problems, which hinder the Bill in the Assembly.
