TDP MLA booked for land grab bid HYDERABAD: Pahadishareef police registered cases against Rajendranagar TDP MLA T Prakash Goud and two others for allegedly trying to grab a land belonging to a retired police inspector. One person was arrested in this connection.
Inspector D Bhaskar Reddy said retired inspector Venkata Ramana has complained that he owned a 400 square yards of open plot at Jallepally village. Prakash Goud and one Anjaiah have demanded that he sells the land to them.
As he refused, the MLA and others trespassed into the land and damaged the fencing, the complainant said. Police booked the MLA and others under various sections of the IPC and arrested Anjaiah.
