No plans to abolish Bhoodan Board: Dy CM Hyderabad, March 26 (INN): Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali on Thursday said that the Telangana Government was not contemplating to abolish the Bhoodan Board.
In his reply to a question raised by Congress MLA DK Aruna during Question Hour in Legislative Assembly on Thursday, the Deputy CM admitted of large scale irregularities in the Bhoodan Board. He said that the State Government has constituted a Task Force led by retired IAS officer Shyam Kumar Singh to enquire into the appropriateness of land allotments.
