BJP Govt encouraging communal forces: Cong MP Hyderabad, April 4 (INN): Congress Whip in Rajya Sabha M A Khan on Saturday accused the BJP-led NDA Government of encouraging communal forces in the country.
Speaking to media persons in Assembly premises here, Khan ridiculed the statement of BJP chief Amit Shah accusing other parties of working with divisive mentality. He alleged that the BJP leaders themselves were acting as most divisive forces in the country. He said if Prime Minister Narendra Modi was really interested in country's development then he should control leaders like Mohan Bhagwat, Shakshi Maharaj, Giri Raj and Praveen Togadia. He said such leader should be arrested and put behind the bars.
Khan also alleged that the BJP Government was using those leaders to hide its failures under their provocative statements. He said discontent against Modi was on the rise and even BJP MPs would in favour of a No Confidence Motion, if moved by the opposition parties.
The Congress MP said that his party would continue its struggle to protect the interest of common man.
