Telangana Govt released study material of EAMCET & ICET for Minorities Hyderabad, April 29: Syed Omer Jaleel, IAS, Special Secretary, Minorities Welfare Department, Government of Telangana today evening released Study Material of EAMCET and ICET examinations ' 2015 at Centre for Educational Development of Minorities (CEDM), Nizam College.
Syed Omer Jaleel advised the candidates to fully avail the facility of this coaching programme provided by the Government of Telangana and make serious efforts to secure highest ranks.
He said the minorities are not less than any other community in the matter of potential and abilities but they should take right decisions and utilize these facilities and be a part of nation building process. He said that the Hon'ble Chief Minister Sri K. Chandrasekhar Rao has provided ample budget for minority department schemes.
Prof. S. A. Shukoor, Director, CEDM in his welcome address highlighted the various schemes of educational development of minorities being implemented by CEDM under the aegis of state government and said hundreds of candidates have joined reputed professional colleges because of coaching provided by CEDM. Now coaching EAMCET and ICET is in progress and EdCET, ECET, POLYCET coaching will start soon at Hyderabad and other districts.
Sri M. J. Akber, Director, Minorities Welfare felt very happy and excited to be with young students of India and advised the students to fully utilize their capabilities and have Strong determination to face the challenges and compete with others to build a bright future.
Prof. E. Suresh Kumar said that the success depends upon what you know and what you don't know. He complimented the Director, CEDM and Govt. of Telanga for helping the minorities for their upliftment.
Prof. T. L. N. Swamy appreciated the efforts of CEDM and the government and praised the quality of Study Material prepared and published by CEDM for EAMCET and ICET and assured all facilities to CEDM for such coaching programmes.
Shaik Chand Sajid conducted the meeting. The guests were facilitated by Dr. C. M. Basheeruddin, Syed Israr Ahmed, Abdul Kazim, Sk. Kareemunnisa, G. Babitha of CEDM.
More than 900 candidates and their parents attended the meeting.
