Notification issued calling options from State Cadre Employees
Hyderabad, May 1: L. Premachandra Reddy, IAS, Secretary to Govt.(SR), G.A.D and Member Secretary to Advisory Committee of A.P. Reorganisation Act, 2014 has issued a Notification today calling options from State Cadre Employees of the Commissioner of Information and Public Relations Department to express their preference to serve for either of the States of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, before 15th May 2015.
He has further informed that each employee has to enter the details in the option form made available online (URL:www.reorganisation.ap.gov.in), down load the filled option form and take printout of the down loaded filled option form and send the form duly signed along with relevant certificates and supporting documents (in respect of his/her claim for local candidature and / or preferential allotment as applicable) through their respective Head of the Department of the Government in which they are working.
The Member Secretary of Advisory Committee has further informed that each of the employees whose name is entered in Part-1 of Form-III is being advised through SMS on filing of option, wherever the Mobile phone number of the employee is available. All employees are requested to verify their name and mobile phone number in the list of allocable employees published on the Reorganisation website. In case any employee does not receive SMS, they should immediately contact the HOD office. A copy of the above Notification is enclosed for favour of publication.
He has further informed that as on date Tentative Allocation of (10) HODs have been finalised and Notifications issued for calling options (Allocable persons) from (86) HODs have also been finalised.
