Tummala reviews Godavari Pushkaralu works
Roads and Buildings Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao on Sunday reviewed the arrangements for Godavari Pushkaralu in Bhadrachalam of Khammam district.
Speaking to media persons later, the minister said elaborate arrangements were being made for the Godavari Pushakaralu on the banks of Godavari River in Bhadrachalam. He said the works were on for the construction of Ghats and it was being done with high precision. He said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has directed the ministers and officials to conduct the Godavari Pushkaralu on the lines of Kumbh Mela. Therefore, he said all departments have been directed to work in synergy to ensure best facilities for the devotees.
The minister directed the officials to focus on ensuring safety and sanitation for the lakhs of devotees who would be visiting the Pushkaralu.
