FTAPCCI hails AP's new MSME, Tourism policy Hyderabad, May 13 (INN): The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry hailed the new MSME policy and Tourism Policy of Andhra Pradesh which was approved by AP Cabinet on Tuesday with emphasis on ease of doing business in the State.
FTAPCCI President Shiv Kumar Rungta, in a media statement, said that 100% VAT/CSD/SGST reimbursement for 5 years from the commencement of commercial production along with other benefits would provide a big push to the MSME sector in the State. "FTAPCCI welcomes the Cabinet decision to set up Rs. 100 crore revival fund to support the revival of sick MSME units. The revival of sick units is as important as promoting new industrial units and this will instill confidence and create more number of jobs immediately," he said.
The Tourism policy which provides a percentage of the value of investments as incentives is a welcome measure and the State with its large number of tourist places and picturesque locations will attract large amount of investment, Rungta said.
