AP CS holds review meeting on Janmabhoomi
Hyderabad, May 29 (INN): As part of Nava Nirmana Deeksha (NND) from June 2 to 8, Janmabhoomi ' Maavuru (JBM) will be conducted not in a routine way by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Chief Secretary I.Y.R.Krishna Rao said.
Krishna Rao held a meeting on Friday with all the officers to review on the arrangements made for NND and to conduct JBM. Chief Executive Officer SERP Solomon Arokiyaraj who is the coordinator for this JBM has informed that guidelines of JBM forwarded to all the District Collectors.
The Chief Secretary has directed that the Employees Union Leaders should reach Vijayawada one day before. Chief Secretary told that JBM has to be executed successfully by the District Officers from the District Headquarters to Village level and also to create widespread awareness on the JBM campaigns like Pedarikampai Gelupu, Badi Pilustondi, Polam Pilustondi, Neeru-Chettu, Swachcha Andhra Pradesh at the grassroots level. Distribution of Pensions for eligible persons, distribution of cheques for DWACRA Group, distribution of ration, issuing of Pattadar Passbooks, medical and veterinary camps would be organized during June 3 to 7. Information & Public Relations Department will distribute the publications on government schemes, providing of audio-video arrangements with LED screens to enable the public for taking the Pledge of Chief Minister across the State.
Senior Officers A. Giridhar, Satish Chandra, Sai Prasad, Dr. P.V. Ramesh, B. Raja Sekhar and others attended the meeting.
