64,000 candidates to appear for TS-EDCET
Hyderabad, June 4 (INN): All arrangements are in place for the TS-Ed.CET-2015 scheduled to be held on Saturday from 11.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M. The total number of candidates registered for TS-Ed.CET is 64,231.
The Methodology-wise registered candidates are as follows: Mathematics ' 13045; Physical Science ' 4368; Biological Sciences ' 15498; Social Studies ' 30436 and English ' 884. There are 1337 candidates from Urdu Medium and remaining 62894 candidates are from English/Telugu medium.
There are 13 City Centers and 134 Test Centers in 10 Districts of Telangana State. In Hyderabad there are 32 Centres. There are two Centres exclusively for Urdu Medium candidates in Hyderabad. 'Arrangements are made for smooth conduct of the Test in all the 134 Test Centers,' said TS-Ed.CET ' 2015 Convener Prof. P. Prasad.
The candidates can download the Hall Tickets from website: http://www.tsedcet.org/ till the date of examination. The candidates have been asked to reach the examination centers half an hour before the commencement of examination. After 11.00 A.M no candidate will be allowed into the examination hall.
The Preliminary KEY will be released on 11th June. The last date for receiving any objections on Preliminary KEY is June 18. The Results of the Entrance Test will be declared on June 25.
