AP Notices to T-News Channel
Hyderabad: ACP of Visakhapatnam Ramana gave notices to the T-News Channel on Friday under Cable TV act 19. Ramana went to the T-News Channel and served the notices.
Notices were served regarding the broadcasting of an audio conversation allegedly between Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu and Nominated MLC Stephenson.
Since the broadcasted audio tapes did hurt the sentiments of the people of Andhra Pradesh and they were a threat to the law and order situation, the channel was asked to explain why an action cannot be taken against it.
We asked T-News Channel to give an answer in three days, said ACP Ramana.
