Akkineni Amala Pairing With Star Hero
Actress Amala Akkineni, who stopped acting ages ago, is back to face the camera. She signed her next with universal star' Kamal Hassan.Amala's name was finalized as one of the leading lady of Kamal Hasan's upcoming bi-lingual film. Zarina Wahab will be another heroine in the film and the film be directed by TK Rajeev Kumar.
This film will be released in both the languages, Telugu &'Tamil.It'would be an interesting plot we suppose as we see two middle aged women as female leads. This film is bringing back Kamal-Amala Jodi to screen almost after 26 years. Earlier Kamal and Amala worked for Pesum Padam(Satya) and Pushpaka Vimanam.
The untitled movie will soon start its shoot in' US after Kamal's Cheekati Rajyam release. Amala quit acting in 1992, and made her comeback in Sekhar Kammula's Life is Beautiful. Will she do more films in future?
