Marriage is a special moment: Jr NTR
Hyderabad, February 13: NTR Jr will marry his fianc'e Lakshmi Pranathi on May 5th at a gala function in the city. Wearing a purple shirt and blue jeans, the T-town superstar looked cheerful throughout the 30-minute function and announced that the D-day had been fixed. 'Getting married is a very special moment and it is yet to sink in,' he says after participating in a function at his future in-laws house in Jubilee Hills.
The occasion was marked by the exchange of the auspicious lagna patrika by the parents of both the bride and groom to confirm the marriage date. 'The marriage will be celebrated on a lavish scale amidst family, friends, VIPS and lakhs of fans on May 5th,' said Harikrishna, NTR Jr's father.
On Sunday the absence of film personalities was made up by the presence of political heavy weights like former CM Chandrababu Naidu, Purandeshwari and Daggupati Venkateswara Rao. Among the Nandamuri clan, actors Balakrishna, Kalyan Ram and others graced the occasion as Narne Srinivasa Rao and Narne Mallika played perfect hosts.
