Asin is working hard for swimsuit scene
Mumbai: First, actress Jiah Khan did a desi Bond girl act by emerging out of the clear blue waters, wearing a skimpy bikini. This time it's actress Asin's turn to follow suit in the sequel of the film that toplines actors Akshay Kumar in an ensemble cast. Sources say that while Asin might not wear a two-piece, she will settle for a one-piece. Sources also insist that she will be the oomph factor in the film.
'Asin is already working hard on her look for the film. She knows that she has to carry off a swimsuit and she wants to look her best when she does so. The costume will be designed by Aki Narula,' says a source. Film-maker Sajid Nadiadwala confirmed that Asin has given her consent for a little skin show in the movie. 'Since the film will be shot at locations like Italy and Greece 'swimming costumes are necessary to look authentic,' says Sajid.
According to sources, Asin is also preparing to match the sex appeal that the lead actor John Abraham will lend to the film as he will be seen flaunting his physique by sporting trunks onthe beach. John will of course hog a lot of limelight in the beach scenes and Asin wants to match up. She is working very hard and is taking the help of a personal trainer. She is also doing a combination of yoga and other exercises to slip into a swimwear confidently.
'Several test shots will be conducted for that particular sequence and only when everybody is satisfied with the look, will the final shot be filmed. But the team is very confident of her stealing the show because nobody has seen Asin in a bikini before and she is considered to be one of the most attractive actors in Bollywood today,' the source adds.
The producer has also reportedly kicked off the sequel by recording a song on February 18. The star-cast will see a full-fledged shuffle this time around. 'The film, which will go on floors this May, will star Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Asin and Rahul Khanna,' says a unit-member.
