Music director Anil dies of heart attack Hyderabad, April 22 (INN): Upcoming music director Anil passed away in the wee hours of Friday of a massive heart attack. According to sources, the 33-year-old music director died of the massive cardiac arrest even as he was being rushed to the Apollo Hospital. The doctors at the hospital declared him brought dead.
Born in Rentachintala in Guntur district, Anil had completed his engineering from Vasavi Engineering College in Hyderabad and had proceeded to Belgium for an MBA degree. He worked as a sound engineer in Belgium and learnt the technical aspects and concepts behind music making. Pop Star Michael Jackson was his role model.
After his educational stint in Belgium, the young music lover came out with an album which left Mickey J Meyer highly impressed. The album also landed him a chance to compose music for a telugu film, 'Sambhavami Yuge Yuge'.
Anil has composed music for Gamyam (along with E S Murthy), starring Allari Naresh, Sharwanand, Kamalini Mukherjee. The film was directed and produced by Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi (Krish).
His song 'Entavaraku Endukoraku' received the Filmfare Award and Nandi Award for Sirivennela Sitarama Sastri for best lyrics.
Anil composed music for the movies --Sambhavami Yuge Yuge, Ninna Nedu Repu, LBW, etc. Anil also worked on giving different tunes for Nikhil and Sweta Basu starrer 'Kalavar King'.
