Chiru agrees to two more Films Hyderabad: Behaving like a true politician, Chiranjeevi on late Thursday night changed his mind and announced that he would act in two more films. Late on Thursday night, at a preview show of Amitabh Bachchan-starrer 'Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap' K. Chiranjeevi stated that he would reconsider his decision of not acting anymore in films after he was asked so by none other than Amitabh Bachchan.
Director of 'Bbuddah'' Puri Jagannath and film-maker Ram Gopal Varma announced that they would direct Mr. Chiranjeevi's 150th and 151st films, respectively, if he agreed to do films again. The actor-turned-politician said that Puri Jagannath will be the director for his 150th movie which would also star Amitabh Bacchan in a guest role. Chiranjeevi also announced that Ramgopal Verma would direct his 151st film. Two days ago, Chiranjeevi had announced his retirement from films as he wanted to concentrate on politics.
In the evening, a group of Mr. Chiranjeevi's fans staged a protest in front of his residence demanding that he act in films again. His brother Nagababu pacified them saying that Mr. Chiranjeevi would think over it.
