Anushka prefers playing distinct roles
Hyderabad: Actress Anushka is happy with good response for her latest film (Express Photo) HYDERABAD: Actress Anushka is quite happy with the overwhelming response for her role as a lawyer in Nanna. Critics showered praises on the lady for her distinct performance oriented act.
Anushka has once again proved that she can grab the audiences' attention through her action, though the role has no traces of glamour.
Speaking on her success, Anushka says, 'I don't want to repeat my roles on screen, I prefer playing distinct roles. After the success of Arundathi, many film-makers have approached me with similar scripts, but I didn't take up. And here after I don't want to play the role of Lawyer like in Nanna.'
'I want to work in the films, that make people cry,' adds the actress further.
