Suhasini in Pawan's Gabbar Singh
Hyderabad: Power Star Pawan Kalyan's upcoming film Gabbar Singh is all set to hit the floors soon after he completion of his current project Kaali. It is now heard that veteran actress Suhasini, wife of ace director Mani Ratnam, has been finilised to play a role in Gabbar Singh. Apparently she is going to act as Pawan Kalyan's mother in the film.
Gabbar Singh is the Telugu remake of Bollywood super hit Dabaang, starring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha. Presently, the film is in pre-production state. Directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Ganesh Babu under the banner of Parameshwara Arts.
The Telugu version has Sruthi Haasan as the heroine. As per sources, the director changed the original script to suit the Telugu audience. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music. Gabbar Singh is expected to hit screens during Sankranthi in 2012.
