Mahesh Babu's quick business?
Hyderabad: A quiet pooja was performed at the RR Movie Makers office, to mark the launch of actor Mahesh Babu's much-anticipated film, Businessman.
If producer D Venkat's announcement is anything to go by, this film could well turn out to be Mahesh Babu's fastest film release. The producer announced plans to release the film for Sankaranti season, ie, January 12, next year.
Mahesh Babu's films are usually grand affairs and end up taking a bit of time. His last film, Khaleja was in the making for almost two years.
It was his only release since Athidhi, which hit theatres in 2007. But then, with maverick director Puri Jagannadh at the helm, we could expect Businessman to roll out in time.
He's apparently confident that the film will be ready to release come January. The film is going to be shot extensively in Mumbai, we are told.
