Tamannaah bags Rebel
.jpg) Hyderabad: Actress Tamannaah has added another prestigious production to her impressive line-up of up-coming films that include Rama Charan Tej-starrer Rachcha, NTR-starrer Oosaravelli, and Ram's Endukante Premanta.
She has given her nod to play the lead in actor Prabhas's next film Rebel. Raghava Lawrence is directing the film touted to be total mass entertainer.
After a few days of shooting of Rebel, Anushka reportedly developed differences in opinions with the director Raghava Lawrence and walked out of the project. Director Lawrence went ahead and offered the role to Tamannaah. It is learnt that Tamannah was contacted by the film unit and convinced to pair up with Prabhas.
With the exit of Anushka, the director had to re-shoot certain scenes. This is the first ever combination for the hero and heroine. It is worth mentioning here that Tamannah is presently busy with a handful of projects in Telugu and Tamil languages. Rebel also features Deeksha Seth as the second heroine.
This will be the first time the petite actress will be pairing up with the strapping heartthrob. Prabhas is over six feet while Tamannaah on the other hand is a little over five feet.
Looks like they will make quite a sight on-screen. Deeksha Seth is playing the second lead in the film that is set to hit the floors soon.
