Logo of '7th sense' released Hyderabad: Post the all-too-familiar 'Ghajini', it is now the turn of the popular trio Surya, the megaphone-wielding Murugadoss and music director Harris Jeyaraj to take movie buffs on a trip they hope will be unforgettable, starting right from the 5th century.
That's '7th Sense', Murugadoss's latest, the Telugu version of 'Ezhavathu Arivu', the Tamil film that all connected swear will be the best showcase of South Indian cinema thus far.
The first 10 to 15 minutes of the opening itself is said to have cost over Rs.10 crore and the climax too, is being claimed as one that would go down in history as the costliest one.
Speaking at a function to unveil the film's 'logo', the director said he personally felt that '7th sense' would be at least four to five times better than 'Ghajini' in all respects.
'Everyone in this film has given his or her best and we are confident that it will be a landmark project in South Indian cinema,' he said, trying to maintain a modest stance.
Surya parroted his director's thoughts and said the objective was to come up with a film that viewers will not forget for a long time. Shruthi Haasan said '7th Sense' would be unforgettable for her and thanked the filmmaker for trusting her with an important role in the film.
Among others present at the logo release function were directors Boyapati Sreenu, Meher Ramesh and Sukumar and actor Sunil. The Telugu dubbed version is being produced under the Lakshmiganapathy banner by Subramanyam and Roopesh.
