Padamsee: No catfights please
Hyderabad: Shazahn Padamsee, the 'Orange' girl of Tollywood, says she has no issues with her co-stars and that she bonds well with Asin and Jacqueline while on the sets of her upcoming movie Houseful.
When are you getting back to Telugu movies and Hyderabad?
After Orange with Ram Charan, I have not done any other movie. I am in discussions with producers for Telugu films, but cannot reveal it now. I am happy that my film did well. Hyderabad is like my second home. I would love to come back soon.
What are your upcoming movies?
I am currently shooting for Houseful's sequel by Sajid Khan. My next shooting schedule is about to start in October. I am excited about this movie because with Sajid at the helm of things, it is bound to be a laughter marathon throughout the shooting. It is fun to be working with people like him.
How well do you get along with co-stars Asin and Jacqueline Fernandez?
Sorry to disappoint you, but it's official that we girls really bond well. No catfights amongst ourselves.
How do you select your scripts?
My father Alyque Padamsee, a well-known theatre personality and advertising guru, guides me. I take decisions after consulting him. I have acted in his play and gained experience. I trust his judgement in my decisions.
Who are the actors you love to work with?
Ram Charan is my good friend. I have acted with him in Orange. So it would be fun to work with him. I've heard a lot about Mahesh. I certainly look forward acting with him.
Namrata, Mahesh's wife is very much here. Do you want to tell her how much you like Mahesh?
(Smiling) I want to keep it limited to you guys.
