Oh My Friend to release on November 11
Hyderabad: Siddharth, Shruti Haasan, Hansika and Navdeep starrer Oh My Friend is gearing up for release in November. The audio launch of the film took place at Shilpakala Vedika on Saturday amidst hundreds of college students who were specially invited on the occasion.
Venu Sriram is making his debut as a director with this film and Dil Raju is producing it. The film is said to be about unconditional friendship and both Dil Raju and Siddharth are confident that it will strike the right chord with college goers and youth. This is the first time in five years that Siddharth and Dil Raju have teamed up for a film after Bommarillu.
Every director in the industry, except Sukumar and Bhaskar, who had worked in Dil Raju's banner turned up for audio launch. Siddharth and Shruti Haasan seemed pretty normal after their alleged breakup and crooned a song on stage while Hansika danced for another.
Rahul Raj has composed the music for the film and it's his debut album in Telugu. Sirivennela Seetarama sastry has written the songs in the film out of which two have been sung by Siddharth. The film is all set to hit the screens on November 11, 2011.
