Rest for Rana and me: Rajnikanth Tirupati: 'I am very grateful to each and every fan of mine who prayed to God for my speedy recovery when I was sick. I don't know how to thank them,' said Tamil super star Mr Rajnikanth. After a long gap, he came to Tirupati on Wednesday along with his family members ' wife, daughter and son-in-law.
He took rest at a hotel in Tirupati for a short while and then left for Tirumala to have darshan of Lord Balaji in the early hours of Thursday. The actor said that doctors had advised him to take rest for two or three more months, before resuming shooting for his new movie 'Rana'.
'It is a mega movie and an action drama, which means more strain and hard work. As per the doctors' advice, I am taking two or three months' rest', he said.
He refused to talk about his role in Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan's 'Ra. One' movie, saying he would leave it to the audience to judge his action. Mr Rajnikanth conveyed 'Deepavali' wishes and greetings to his fans and people.
