Anushka to pair up with Prabhas
Hyderabad As reported earlier that actor Prabhas has accepted a new film under the direction of debutant Koratala Siva. The film was formally launched on October 17. Now the latest buzz is that Anushka is roped in to play female lead in the film. After Billa, Anushka and Prabhas are going to be paired up again.
Previously, they were supposed to act in Rebel. Due to dates issue Anushka walked out from Rebel and eventually Tamanna replaced her. Richa Gangopadhyaya, who disappeared from Tollywood after Mirapakay, is roped in to play second heroine role in the film.
The regular shooting of the film will start soon. The film would be a action entertainer with all commercial elements. V. Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati will produce this film under UV creations banner.
Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music for the film. Currently Prabhas is busy with the shoot of his mass entertainer Rebel under the direction of Raghava Lawrence which would hit the screens in the month of December.
Apart from this, Prabhas also agreed to do movie with SS Rajamouli and YVS Chowdary. While Richa is busy with Tamil film and also signed a Bollywood film.
The yoga teacher-turned-glam star, Anushka, was last seen in Nanna movie opposite Chiyan Vikram. But the movie failed to sizzle at the box-office.
However, her performance was appreciated by critics as well. Perhaps, the new movie will bring her back into the glam league again. The actress has also signed a movie with Tamil actor Ajith recently.
