Children film festival opens Hyderabad, Nov 14 (INN): About 154 films from about 13 countries will be screened in 13 theatres as part of the 17th International Children Film Festival which began here on Monday.
Gattu, the film directed by Rajan Khosa will be the opening film which speaks of kites and the obsession kids have with it and how a kid with little or no resources dreams big and achieves his dreams.
The seven day festival has a bouquet of various sections, like competition, Indian films, and a country focus section and short competition section besides little directors' section. In the country focus section Chinese films will be screened.
