Will 3 Rascals release for Sankranthi?
Hyderabad: Considering the biggies such as Nippu, The Business Man, Bodyguard, Adhinayakudu apart from Sunil's Poola Rangadu lined up for Sankranthi early next year, it is not yet clear whether maverick director Shankar's '3 Rascals' (Nanban in Tamil) will release in Telugu or not.
The film is supposed to hit the theatres on Sankranthi in both Tamil and Telugu. Adding to Shankar's woes is the AP film chambers recent decision of not allowing a dubbing film to release during festive seasons.
Shankar, who enjoys a great fan following in Andhra Pradesh is for the first time associated with remaking a film, 3 Rascals is the official remake of Bollywood block-buster '3 Idiots'.
The film starring Vijay, Jeeva, Sriram, Ileana and Satya Raj in the lead has neared completion. Only time will tell whether the film will make up during Sankranthi or not?
